2 confirmed mass shootings in Detroit and Philadelphia 21/6/2015

An unidentified gunman opened fire on a Detroit basketball court shooting 10 people attending a block party. A 20 year old male victim been confirmed dead, though his identity is not being released at this time. The shooting occurred shortly after 10pm EST.

The timing of the shooting is nearly simultaneous with the occurrence of another random shooting in west Philadelphia where an unidentified gunman attacked a street picnic, shooting 7 attendees. A 2 year old child and a 10 year old child were amongst the victims. 

The mass shootings come less than 3 days after Dylann Storm Roof, a white supremacist, massacred 9 African-American churchgoers at Emanuel AME in Charleston, SC. No information about either gunman have yet been released.
