the worst thing about having a chronic illness is when people ask shit like “what do you wish was different about yourself?” and everyone says “i’d be rich/have super powers/be taller!” and those answers are acceptable but as soon as i say “i wish i wasn’t diabetic” it’s “not imaginative enough”
