What is this place?

✏️ I kept getting ideas for things characters may say but couldn't insert them into my own stories, so called them writing prompts and made a blog for it.

Why are asks open?

✏️ I am willing to write dialogue prompts on request, so long as you give a basic overview of the character's personalities and the type of story you're writing. (Fluff, angst, hurt/comfort, etc.)

Can I submit my own ideas?

✏️ Sure you can! You can use either the ask box or the submissions tub, it's up to you.

I used a prompt, do I need to credit?

✏️ It's really up to you, I'd prefer if you credit word-for-word quotes, but if you don't want to then you don't have to!

B: You're sorry? Sweetheart, this is the greatest thing to ever happen to me!

"It's not suicide. Its just painkillers. Painkillers remove pain. Right?"

A: This was my grandmother's engagement ring. It means a lot to me, and I felt like you deserve it. It's real diamond, and the emeralds reminded me of your eyes, so... Yeah.

B: Um? Thank you, but this seems like a bit of a... Post-marriage gift?

A: Well actually you see-

B: Wait, shit! Is this a proposal?

A: How the hell did you find me?

B: Well, um. Actually. I've known where you were the whole time. You never turned your phone's location tracking off. I just... I fucked up, and I... I wanted to give you time. And I needed to find out how to both apologize, and improve. You deserve better than the way I used to be, kiddo.

A: You give the best hugs, buddy.

B: Aw, thanks!

A: They're almost as good as your kisses, y'know. Almost.

B: ...When have we kissed?

A: Thanks man, I owe you one.

B: Well, actually, you owe me fourteen. But who's counting?

A: You're covered in blood!

B: Well, I mean, it's not my own? If that makes it better?

A: That makes it worse!

A: ...You don't believe me, do you.

B: Nope. Sorry.

A: Nah, it's fine. I wouldn't believe me either.

A: Can you do a favour for me?

B: ...This isn't optional, is it.

A: Observant! You're right, it's not!
