Com a permissão da minha operadora que ainda não chegou ao limite diário, quero compartilhar minha nova rotina.
Uma tabela muito interessante chegou em minhas mãos sobre quantos kg você pode perder dependendo da quantidade de Kcal ingeridas semanalmente e diariamente, lá vai:
3500 Kcal/semana = 500 Kcal/dia = Perde 2,2 kg
3000 Kcal/semana = 425 Kcal/dia = Perde 2,5 kg
2500 Kcal/semana = 355 Kcal/dia = Perde 3,0 kg
2000 Kcal/semana = 258 Kcal/dia = Perde 3,8 kg
1500 Kcal/semana = 210 Kcal/dia = Perde 5,1 kg
1000 Kcal/semana = 140 Kcal/dia = Perde 7,7 kg
0500 Kcal/semana = 70 Kcal/dia = Perde 15,4 kg
Acreditem, realmente funciona!
Com NF você consegue perder 1 kg por dia, mas com LF dá pra perder mais porque comendo, mesmo pouco, o seu metabolismo funciona e acelera!
Voltei 2 kg mais gorda desse carnaval e comecei a fazer 200 Kcal por dia na segunda-feira e já perdi 1,5 kg!
O mais legal do LF é que você pode comer alimentos com calorias negativas (para serem digeridos, seu corpo gasta a mesma quantidade de calorias que foram ingeridas com o alimento)
Legumes, verduras: abobrinha, alface, alho, beringela, beterraba, brócolis, cenoura, chuchu, couve, pepino.
Frutas: abacaxi, laranja, limão, maçã, mamão, melancia, melão, morango, pêssego, tangerina, uva.
Extras: barrinhas de cereal light, chás, gelatina diet, linhaça.
Claro que com moderação, esses alimentos são seus aliados!
Super recomendo a todo mundo!

it will take some time but with hard work and self-discipline you will start to get and see changes in yourself. don’t give up on the first week, or on the second one either because all that dedication will pay off once you get closer where you want to get. and remember, quitting now won’t get you where you want to be tomorrow. it’s all about the little things <3

tbh the real advice I’d give to anyone is, do shit alone. go to a museum & go at your own pace & leave the instant you’re done. go somewhere you’ve never been and just wander around, duck into & out of places as it pleases you. linger as long as you’d like.
