I loved TADC, so I thought I'd do a, "What-If" iteration for Diemand called Winky.
She is primarily inspired by a Slinky-Dog with major aspects of my VR body language with a splash of FNaF and R.E.P.O.

Fanart for @dylanzemuffin Crimson Clouds X guy; I really like how simplistic the design is. I don't know if he has four quills instead of the usual three, but that's what I saw in the render whilst working on him
Whilst they're different universes from each other, they would view each other as siblings.
D-Sides without her mask. Due to it actually being her face, if it were removed, a bloody skull would be under it with only a thin scrap of fur covering the muzzle. Has giant gaping eyesockets, the opposite of Whisper the Wolf. She never stops bleeding.
Has Psychic abilities, one of them being psychokinesis. Would gladly Sans Undertale style ragdoll someone.
D-Sides Fragility
⚠️Suicide Warning
D-Sides Fragility (aka Fragile) stalks Sonic the Hedgehog fans who own a physical or digital copy of any Sonic The Hedgehog mainline game released from 2018 onward (Sonic Mania, Sonic Frontiers, Sonic Superstars, etcetera). She targets distressed individuals living in non-ideal conditions either physically or mentally, such as an abusive household, severe depression, suicidal ideation or severe neglect and/or isolation.
When speaking to the victim through the device, she manifests as an image of her non-bloodied and cuter mask, which looks more friendly, convincing the viewer that she is a secret 'Whisper the Wolf' easter egg that they have discovered. She convinces her victims to focus on playing the game to see the entire easter egg. The longer they play, the more of a grasp she has on their soul without them knowing.
When she deems them ready, she pulls their soul into her realm, leaving their human body a husk for someone else to discover. In her realm, she acts as a stalker, following them around for hours, days, or, if truly entertaining, months. She keeps distance, or initiates chases that she lets them 'win'. She loves to play with them, breaking their minds until they fight back or she decides to finish them off, absorbing their soul.
Her goal is to collect souls and grow in power, and have a little fun while she is at it.
Vessels vary; they can appear as IDW or characters from the games, and they are completely random, regardless of whether the victim likes the character or not. She loves it when victims fight, with her favourites being Mighty, Knuckles, or Surge. She doesn't prefer characters such as Cream, Charmy, or Belle.
Trivia
Power:
Omnivident whilst in her realm.
Has Psychic abilities such as: Clairvoyance (perceiving objects, locations out of sight), Telepathy (Transmitting thoughts), Precognition (Can see the future, uses this mostly in fights), Psychokinesis (Think Silver the Hedgehog, but she prefers to get her hands dirty), Psychometry (Gaining information and knowledge just by touch), and Remote Viewing (Can see unseen targets)
Powers are more mindtrickery, her preferred choice being hallucinations.
Has power outside her realm due to soul absorption.
For every kill, she absorbs their soul's energy, making her stronger.
Victims:
Individuals will have the power of said character: Kitsunami with his hydrokinesis, Sonic with his speed, Shadow with his Chaos Powers, and so forth.
Targets individuals 14+; doesn't find joy in chasing children.
Victims are given ample time to learn how to function in their new body.
They are dead in the real world, even if she doesn't kill them; they have nowhere to go and nowhere to escape.
When killed in her realm, their bodies disintegrate into white ash.
Tid-bids:
The blood can be wiped away, but it will slowly return again as it never stops bleeding.
The mask is a part of her face; if removed, a skull would be revealed underneath, with disproportionately massive eye sockets and red teeth.
Eyes can perform Voluntary Strabismus, meaning she can cause her eyes to look in opposite directions or be misaligned; think of a chameleon, she does this to see out the small holes of the mask.
Fairly blind, she relies more on psychic energy to gain a better sense of her surroundings.
The mask material is bone, like that of a turtle's shell.
Can teleport her mask back to herself if it gets lost.
Legs are slightly digitigrade.
Height: 5'8
An action junkie.
Humming almost constantly; hums various Sonic tracks or lullabies from around the globe, such as Баю-баюшки-баю, Green Hill, Daisy bell, Sofðu Unga Ástin Mín, so on; Sometimes sings but only a few words before returning to humming.
Doesn't speak much at all; if she does, it's very minimal and soft. Her voice is slightly filtered due to the mask.
Doesn't need to eat; if she tore off the mask, she could eat. But she wouldn't really unless she was extremely curious.
Loves a good fight, prefers hand-to-hand combat, but will use psychokinesis if deemed necessary.
Fights dirty; if she senses she is losing, she will break bones or rupture organs to ensure a win.
Would gladly 'Sans Undertale' ragdoll someone into pulp.
Can fly, akin to how Silver uses his Psychokinesis to fly.
Aromantic Asexual (AroAce) [In other words, feels no romantic or sexual attraction towards anyone]
Would gladly and swiftly break the individual's neck if they tried flirting.
Body temperature is very cold.
Very temperamental around other .EXEs would not tolerate any backhanded comments, would start a fight even if the likelihood of winning is low if she felt disrespected.
Would not be fun to play against in a game of chess or other similar strategy games due to her precognition ability; absolutely a cheater.
Knows Sonic The Hedgehog media fairly well, except for any comics outside of IDW or the Sonic shows.
Fragility and D-Sides Fragility would view each other as siblings despite not actually being related; they would not show each other affection; instead, they would show mutual respect.
Fragility and D-Sides Fragility would respect each other's methods of operating and not intervene or interfere.
Fragility could be considered the calmer, strategic older brother, and D-Sides Fragility is the younger sister who is always looking for the next power gain or fight. They enjoy each other's company.
