Two years ago in med school we studied the anatomy of the human head. They gave us the opportunity to rent a skull for a year to learn more easily. And this is how I met Irvin the skull.
We spent a whole year together and he taught me a lot. But he was also a great listener and kept me company. We lived some great adventures !
So yeah, I’m the kind of person who can become friend with a skull.

I made this drawing to come out to my college “friends” on facebook. I wanted to come out for a while but saying it was too hard. So I drew this for world coming out day.
Med school is going to start back very soon and I probably won’t have time to practice drawing... It makes me really sad because I basically only have 4 weeks each year to take the time I need to practice seriously (and gods know I need to practice...).
But I’m also very happy because I learned A LOT this summer. Before July I was so afraid of drawing bodies and now I have dozens of pages filled with limbs and bodies ! The most important thing I learned was to allow myself to make tons of mistakes and to let myself go. I couldn’t have done it without all the great artists I follow, you guys are a true inspiration!
