#WeightlossWednesday is in full effect. No huge #transformation took place. I did not do a Spock mind-meld with another individual. No weight loss surgery, no pills, no supplements and no fancy or exotic herbs from deepest darkest Peru. I simply turned my body's energy source to the fat currently stored within my frame and I HAD A LOT OF IT.
