Also, funny idea I just had writing this of Doug just, appearing, somehow. Nobody knows how he even got there and he's just, chilling, fighting Kong over some food, asking for attention
this is how I found out Lahamu exists and that they made a post-GVK video game XD the plot sounds decent enough, but the game itself... oof, haha. I guess there's certainly a chance that I would include them, tho I don't have any plans rn to pick the mini Titans 'verse back up.
it's been long enough that I'd forgotten what I wanted to do with that story, so i went looking to see if I had an outline or anything. having found a whopping paragraph of a plan, i can only sheepishly say that I'm not impressed with my past self XD it really wasn't going to be anything different from any other "Maddie gets kidnapped and Godzilla rescues her" story I've done before. it certainly wouldn't have outdone KiaRL, which is my personal gold standard
love the mental image of Maddie waking up one morning to find Doug has joined the Titan cuddle puddle in her bedroom and she's just like "what." because while the little guys show up at their house at total random, how the heck did he get into her bedroom.
I was thinking a whole titan army going to rescue her tbh.
Also I imagine she hadn't even met Doug up until this point. He just forgot to go through the whole introduction phase and went straight to your my friend now. Can I have those soft tacos later? As Maddie is sitting their trying to work out if this is a dream or not. Mark just wants one day of peace.
