Well, nightmare is now reality.

Tomorrow I have no senior

I have no med student

It’s just me, Derek Zoolander, and fourteen patients.

And it’s going to pretty much be this way for two weeks because the seniors are in board review crash courses.

I am now the senior.

I am now actually the senior.

I went home and cried in the bathroom. I called my mom. I texted some old seniors for advice. I wrote two discharge summaries. I wrote game plans for each patient on the service. I am now going to bed.

The last 9 months have gone by so fast! Hopefully in the next 4 weeks we get to meet Snowdrop. Not stoked at the prospect of goibg past my due date, even though I know that is common for primigravidas.
