My training logs from last month. It is laughable how some people complain about doing 3 × 30 min. modrate physical activities a week when this is my average training routine. You don’t need to go to the gym to do that ,but it is a good place to find the right support.
Bear in mind most of these sessions I either train at a high intensity or heavy weight I hardly train at light or modrate pace.
If you want to get your mind to the next level you need to get your body to the next level. You need a strong heart to pump fresh blood to your brain and to function properly esspecially if you have mental issues.
