Old school™ Lapidot aesthetic:

-Lapis was the goofy initiative one, Peridot was the stoic easily-flustered one

-Everyone thought Peridot was part robot and would malfunction when overwhelmed with gayness

-If you didn’t think Peridot was part robot, you read the limb enhancers as prosthetics due to Peri being a congenital amputee.

-Even though despite Peridot being shorter WITH limb enhancers if not the same size, Lapis was always drawn smaller

-Literally unlimited creativity with how scenarios and situations could go since we initially knew so little of the characters

There’s plenty more I’m forgetting and PLEASE ADD ON TO THIS LIST

Can we please make oldschool lapidot an au where everything’s the same but it lives on

Ive probably reblogged this before but I cannot stress enough how much I want this to be an AU.

-Also, those fanfics that are basically variations of: Peridot’s working/playing video games/looking at their screen and Lapis is all like “oh heyyy its you lets do kissing” and Peridot becomes super tsundere and tries to shrug her off

-The glow stick thing bc of that one effect all the digital artists used

-Shut Up and Dance by WALK THE MOON being the 2015 lapidot song and everyone knew and accepted this 

-Lapidot Tuesdays.. I know this is still a thing now its just I feel more people took part of it before (you should really check out the amazing art that @galahawk made for this !!)

im one of the mods of rpolapidot, and when looking at ur blog i freaked out a bit bc our senses of humor are similar, AND ur run by mod peridot and mod lexie, when the 2 people who run the rpo go by peridot and lexxy. holy shit we r twin blogs. also ur blog is great have a good day
