Parties & Taco Bell

A/N : this is my first time writing an imagine, I know it’s not top notch but I just wanted to try and see how it went!

Plot: Isaac helps you get out of an uncomfortable situation during a party & you guys end up ditching it and eat at Taco Bell where him & you confess that you like each other.

You saw Isaac at the other side of the room standing with his perfect blue eyes, curly hair & a red cup in his hand. You guys were friends, really good friends, he smiled at you from across the room and you waved your hand slightly. You jumped when a guy held your hand & whispered “a pretty gal like you shouldn’t be alone, come dance” it sounded more like a demand than a question, you didn’t have time to answer as he pulled you in the middle of the room and started dancing, you felt incredibly uncomfortable, your heart was racing & all you wanted to do was run, you saw Isaac staring at you raising an eyebrow. “Isaac” you whispered so quietly you weren’t sure if you even said it. You saw his eye widen while staring at you. He gave you a nod indicating he was listening. “I know you can hear my heartbeat, get me out of here please.” You whispered, the guy dancing with you didn’t seem to hear a thing since he was already drunk and could barely stand on his feet. Isaac placed his red cup on the table near him, he started coming closer and you felt relieved. “hi babe, who’s this?” he asked, you were in shock but just accepted the plan and went along. “oh, no one baby just keeping myself busy.” you replied trying to sound seductive. He then grabbed your waist and pulled you closer. “you can go now” Isaac told the guy. “you’re a lifesaver Isaac!” you jumped and hugged him. “oh I know, but you owe me one!” he said while dancing. “agreed!” you said staring into his crystal blue eyes. You guys kept dancing for a good 5 minutes but then got bored. “do you wanna ditch?” he said inches away from your face.“ You felt your cheeks blush and you nodded while biting your lip. He took your hand and led you to the exit. You guys both got into Isaac’s car and he drove around town, it was dead silence and you decided to break it, "I just wanted to say thank you again for what you did in there.” you told him. “it was no problem, your heart was beating so fast you might’ve had a stroke, plus dancing with the prettiest girl in beacon hills doesn’t seem like a problem to me.” he said leaving a smirk on his face. “you think I’m pretty?” I asked trying to contain myexcitment. “of course” he said leaving both of us to be in complete silence again, I knew he could feel my heart beating faster, even though my face was calm my insides just wanted to jump out. “are you hungry?” he asked. “actually, Taco Bell sounds so good right now” you left a small giggle at the end. He pulled up to a Taco Bell and you both ordered, after you got your food you sat down at a booth. You were starving and just started eating your food like you haven’t eaten in 3 months. you didn’t realized it but Isaac was staring at you the whole time, you took a sip of your drink before you spoke “you must think I’m absolutely gorgeous just stuffing all this food down my throat.” He giggled “I think you look absolutely positively gorgeous when you’re stuffing food in your mouth.” he replied, you both just stared at each other for a while. you tried changing the subject but somehow it led back to the same thing over and over. “y/n” he said softly. you looked up at his eyes. “I think I like you, w-wait no. I know I like you” he said not breaking eye contact. “that’s not true, you don’t even know me! plus aren’t you and Allison a thing?” I said not wanting to believe the things that came out of his mouth. “no, i just wanted to take my mind off of you, but it didn’t work, and I do know you!” he explained. “prove it? what’s my favourite subject?” I asked trying to test him. “your favourite subject is physics, you got a 91 on the midterm, you sit in the 4th left row, you write with a led pencil & your note taking notebook is green” he said sounding confident. “how do you know all of that?” I asked surprised. “because I pay attention, and I know how your heart beat races when you get called to answer a question, or when you hear there’s a test coming up, or when you’re partnered with someone you’re not friends with, or right now, when I’m talking to you” he said with his face so close I could feel him breathing. “I guess you could probably tell I kinda like you too” you practically whispered. you felt his lips brush against yours, it was slow and passionate, you craved this since the day Isaac & you met, you’ve dreamt about this for so long and now it’s happening. Your lips detached and you guys were both left blushing. “come I’ll drive you home” he gestured his head towards the parking lot. you both go into the car and started talking. “Do you know anything about me?” he asked curiously. “oh do I? where do you want me to start!” you exclaimed. “I know that you hate Mr. Harris, you have history every 3rd period, you carry your lacrosse bag with your left but carry your book bag with the right, I know that you write with your right hand but punch with the left.” you said but got cut off by Isaac. “so I guess we both kinda watch each other’s every moved huh?” he said jokingly he took your hand and kissed the back of it. “you know you look really cute when you’re rambling” he said pulling up to my drive way. “you better get used to it! call me” you said unbuckling your seatbelt and before you exited the car, you gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, you were half way to the front of your house and you felt your phone vibrate and opened it, it said ; From: Isaac. just making sure it’s the right number! you turned around and gave him a smile and walked into your front door, you could practically hear your own heart beat.
