Ngl the most powerful image I have on my phone is a full body nude. Growing up I was always made to feel really insecure of my body and it gave me really bad body dysmorphia. Seeing myself head to toe fully nude made me realise that my tummy isn't disproportionately huge and I'm not some sort of cartoon monster.
