The merman only stared back to the two brothers. He dove down into the water… Maybe the two will like there coin back…

The two wemt to the edge of the dock to look down at the strange man under the water. But one of them bent over too far and fell off the deck into the water.

Feeling the swift change in the water the merman looked up and saw that one of the brothers had fallen in. He swam up to him curiously, now that he can get a closer look at one of them.

Disco started for the surface “So… you are not upset?”

Disco reached up for some fruit. “Well, lets just say the curse is; you are what you eat.” he handed the fruit to Flippy “At this moment you are the sea’s number one top predator.” 

(after tonight I wont be able to rp for a few days... T^T move and stuff)

“Well… all I can say now is that I was going to grab some fruit to eat… would you like some?” he asked his friend, knowing that one would be hungry after what he went though last night…

Flippy looked at him before starting to the surface, “I’ll… Join you.”

“When… you eat one that is cursed, you become one yourself… and it is a never ending cyclical…” Disco looked to the bottom of the island pool. it was better to say it now then later down the line…

“I was to hungry myself to try and tell you about it…” he was now feeling ashamed for not warning his friend when he was human.

Flippy sighed, running a hand through his hair as his tail kept him afloat. “I guess it can’t be helped…”

“…” should he be honest with him… “You… changed into what most people call a Mershark… basically you are half shark.” Disco stated as he looked away, rubbing at his neck some “… its… a curse that lingers near this island.”

Flippy looked at him, dumbfounded. He was too shocked for words.

Flippys eyes shot open when he was moved and he attacked Disco, holding him in a choke hold, “what is going on!?”

The second Flippy had Disco in a choke hold Disco began to panic...

“I-i-i-I was just getting something to eat! I didn’t want to wake you so....” He didn’t know if was the end of him...

Flippy moved a bit, making a small noise in his sleep as he nuzzled more into his neck, wrapping his arms around his chest

A deep blush found itself on Disco’s cheeks as he felt his friend move... But Disco was also getting hungry... he looked to the surface of the water...

‘I don’t think he will wake up if I am slow and genital...’ he thought as he slowly began to swim up to the surface carrying Flippy with him...

Flippy remained fast asleep, allowing his tail to wrap around Discos own as his eyes were shut tightly.

Disco’s eyes finally opened to the rising sun... and looking at Flippy brought back what had happened to his new friend. he felt that Flippy’s new tail had found its way to wrap itself around his-own, and vice versa. Disco looked up as he began to ponder what he would do that morning; get fruit, go for a swim, or wake his new friend and risk getting his throat...

Flippy held onto him, holding him and refusing to let go as he rested his head on his chest

Disco swam to the bottom of the pool and let his new friend rest ontop of him, felling that his newly changed friend would’t like to sleep on rocks... falling asleep himself...

an orange hue of the rising sun reflected some in the water as Disco was fast asleep, his hands safely around Flippy.

Disco held Flippy close patting down his long green hair. “…” he didn’t know what to say to his friend… he just held him as he hoped his new friend didn’t pass out…

Flippy barely remained conscious, hugging him still so he wouldn’t drown.

“... Its ok, your safe here.” Disco whispered as he stayed drifting in the glow of the small rocks below. the night sky above them.

(I have this head cannon where if Flippy is a mershark he can sleep and sit in one spot rather than having to constantly move about like a shark... ^v^)

Disco wandered if the human would hate him for not telling him about the curse that surrounds the Island… 

“Shhh~ Its going to be ok…” he whispered to the now mershark human.

Flippys changing soon stopped as it was complete. He found himself gripping the merman desperately as if he would make the pain that still lingered go away.
