Recently me (host) have told some of our friends irl that in last therapy session I lied to my psychiatrist because I didn't wanted to go to the mental hospital again...

I think these friends, even if they're worried about me, I don't think it's that deep, and that lying to your psychiatrist can be fine if there is a real reason like, I don't want to repeat the whole year of studying and anxiety for this. No. I'll keep lying even if we explode, after my exams then, I probably go to the mental hospital again, I don't want to but it's what professionals said

About last post, I wanted to add the thing that she says it is like "but every identity has a purpose and when its purpose has been done they should go"

And I get it, but they don't want to go and I don't want them to go neither. Yeah. It's fucked up the fact that I can't remember lots of things and that I feel dizzy all the time and that I have the fear to not be me and after that not remembering what happened. But even with that I want them to stay, after all they had supported me in some ways, and yeah, maybe some of them have got me in trouble (coff Dr Masa coff) but I still want my headmates.

She also said that "it should be exhausting having to deal with all this" and yes, it kinda is but they also (many of them) know how to deal with themselves without me telling them anything.

I'm just frustrated

Long time no see

Today I told my psychiatrist that I think that just "letting go" some headmates I think is really cruel...

It's like, literally just discriminate ppl because they are still people, in fact, were all people and there's no magic world for all the headmates that everyone had to live happily. No.

Maybe we share a body and host is frontstuck but that doesn't mean the rest of us gotta go away forever??

Even if some of them are problematic for the people around us, it's not that deep, I (host) personally think is really cruel to just say to someone who lives in our brain that has to go...

Idk, thoughts on this? How can I explain her better so she understands that we all are people with feelings

One fucked up thing about being at the psych ward for way too long is that now when I want to sleep on my bed I just can't if there is darkness. Because my mind and body automatically imagine that I'm at the psych ward again for some reason and makes everything really uncomfy.

That's why I sleep with a light on basically always, there are exceptions just in the case that I am, like really tired, but really really tired.

My therapist in last session, we were talking about our system and plurality and stuff trying to find the roots of my headmates, which I think is nice, but she said that some will have to go and I was like.... ??? For sure is nice to know more about them but like, they are also people??? You just can't tell anyone to stop existing???? I think that's the only thing she didn't understand
