reality is the mirror, but you are the image

you wouldnt shout at your mirror to do your makeup for you, would you? why not? because you're the only one that can change the image you see. the mirror has no power, it's only job is to project the image you're showing it.

reality is only a projection of everything you habitually think about and believe. stop turning to the 3D to check if its working. it literally wouldnt make any sense to do that. that validation MUST come from you, since you are the only thing that's able to change the image you see mirrored back to you.

stop seeing reality as some pre-determined thing. stop seeing reality as something written in stone and immovable. reality is always changing or about to change.

you are the only person who can save you, there is nobody else that can manifest for you or make you think a certain way. you have to apply the knowledge to see the results.

my favorite manifestation method

thinking as a person who already has it AND DOING NOTHING EXTRA TO 'GET' IT

put in no effort, and feel like i'm putting in no effort because i'm just believeing that i have it and then repeating that to myself (because why would i think of how to get something, which requires effort, if i already have it?)

don't think about the 'how' or 'when' (since you already have it)

take your desires off the pedestal

think of yourself as the prize.

i think of my desires as way smaller than me and as very achivable/plausable

i see manifesting as something easy.

affirm whenever i get the chance; like when i'm cleaning, walking my dog, brushing my teeth, showering, etc. whenever my brain has the chance to not conciously focus on something. (there's a post on how to affirm but i'll probably write a new one soon.)

this is all about perspective. see it as simple, and it is.

you can listen to subs if you want, i like to play em overnight since listening all day can be boring or take away from other activities. if you toss and turn in the night, then get one of those 'headband headphones' from amazon, shein, five below, etc. they're also very convinent for workouts.

your inner monolouge is everything.

some of you affirm affirm and affirm for a while and then when you don't see results you start making different plans in your head. ex: you affirmed for 2 days and checked for results, now you start thinking "okay maybe i didn't listen to my playlist enough. i'm gonna organize it and then affirm and then try to go into the void state" that alone tells your subconcious and nervous system that you don't have it. you're thinking from lack.

how and why would you be asking yourself how to get something when you already have it? a lot of you guys are very logical, so really ask yourself this question and see if it makes sense as you catch yourself doing this. manifesting defies logic anyway, just affirm and go with the flow.

do not worry about the 'how' when manifesting just live in the end results and think AS IF. resistance always comes from within. the only thing standing between you and your manifestation is you.

thinking as if vs. thinking of

to think as if really means to ACT as if. to think as if simply means asking yourself 'what would i be thinking/doing right now if i manifested ___?' thinking as if is basically you affirming that you ALREADY have it. and i mean really have it. coviction comes from within, and what you manifest becomes a part of your identity. so IDENTIFY with the version of you that you want.

thinking OF your manifestation means you're thinking of it from the perspective of lack. 'if i had my manifestation then i could do/have/wear that...' etc. it sounds whiny and desperate. why would you be desperate for something you already have? it tells your subconcious and NERVOUS SYSTEM that you don't have it, and you are setting yourself up to just see more lack.

put every affirmation in the present tense: "i have" "i am" "i look like" etc ... filter out the bad and hear what you want to hear. speak to yourself like you would a best friend.

how to get yourself to believe something before it's shown up:

FIRST:: stop asking the 3D if its true. belief collapses the moment you start checking for proof. by doing this, you're training your mind to think "my desire is only real and can be actualized if my physical reality confirms it." and thats how you sabotoge yourself. and be so deadass rn because im sure a good portion of you do this and then ask me why you arent getting results... 😐 by asking that you're affirming that you don't have results which says to the both of us that you've been constantly checking.

instead, teach your mind that "reality changes after i do. whatever i say goes"

and you don't need FULL ABSOLUTE UNWAVERING BELIEF. you just need whatever jesus said: "faith the size of a mustard seed." you just need one tiny mental idea that says "yeah, this can be possible" once your brain gets a hold of hope/possibility, then you can expand that and move mountains.

belief comes from identity, not thoughts. instead of TRYING to believe, behave as IF in tiny ways. if you're manifesting beauty, walk with more confidence of a person who's beautiful. if you're manifesting love, act like someone that's already chosen. if you're manifesting money, think and act as someone who's rich. and it doesnt have to be anything major. BUT MENTALLY OPERATE AS A PERSON WHO ALREADY HAS IT.

a big part of manifestation is NOT 'trying'

if you feel like youre TRYING,, then immediately stop and take a deep breath. realize that you're already living it and there's nothing to TRY.

this is easier than you think.

belief?

here i am writing about this again beacuse my inbox is full of the same question: 'how can i get myself to believe?' or 'do i have to believe?' both are real and both work.

your subconcious doesnt need your belief and this is why: kids believe stuff they hear repeatedly, propaganda works, phobias can form from repeated exposure, confidence can grow from repreated self-talks. so, repitition creates familiarity, familiarity creates acceptance, acceptance BECOMES belief, belief changes your self-concept, and THEN the 3D shifts. you CAN robotically affirm in a mindless, numb state and have it show up. but it can be slower DEPENDING ON THE PERSON because it has to break through OLD programming. (old thoughts and such)

actually believing your desires/taking them as absolute truth works through identity, then embodiment, then INSTANT alignment. if you truly believe something, your emotional responses, self-image, and subconcious EXPECTATIONS instantly shift. it is an EASIER fact for you to accept, so your entire nervous system and body accept it as truth FASTER, thus changing the world around you. you SKIP the part where you have to saturate your mind, and REPEAT statements to GET yourself to believe it becasue YOU ALREADY DO. so you arent just saying its true, you're ACTING like a person that already has it because you fully believe that it's yours. but this path can be a little harder for some because HOW CAN YOU BELIEVE SOMETHING THAT ISNT IN THE PHYSICAL 3D YET? that is unnatural to the human mind idc what you say. most humans rely on real physical evidence before they believe something. i will make a post on how to believe stuff easier, i just wanted to make this post to clarify the ways belief is talked about in this community.

ULTIMATELY:: the subconcious does not need your belief,, only your repeated attention or phrase. BUT belief speeds the process up.

Affirmation → Persistence → Assumption → Belief → Self-Affirming Reality.

Affirmation is planting the seed.

Persistence is watering it.

Assumption is living like it’s already grown.

Belief is when the plant exists in your mind as naturally as grass exists.

Self-affirming reality is when the physical world now matches, making it effortless.

short answer: yes.

now let me explain:

you can manifest when you're feeling ANY EMOTION. when neville goddard says feeling is secret he means: KNOWING FOR A FACT THAT YOU HAVE IT. like how you know the sun will rise and set daily. you have FAITH in that assumption. have faith in your affirmation and watch it turn into an assumption.

the feeling that you already have it is the secret. not happiness or excitement. but as you're affirming or daydreaming, emotions may arise and that's fine. but the secret is KNOWING FOR A TRUE FACT that your desires are already yours.

what ever you affirm and persist in will harden into FACT.

vibrations and why they're so important

they arent.

don't listen to anyone who says dumb stuff like "you need to vibrate at the frequency of your desires to align yourself with the....." and i'm already sleeping....

affirmation and persistence is what gets you what you want. you don't have to vibrate, you're not a rose toy.

and yes, i'm aware that in science and physics, everything vibrates or has a frequency but i'm not a scientist and i doubt some of you are, so why even worry about that?

persisting (???)

persisting isn't some fancy manifesting term, its just a word. idk why people keep asking me what it means dude just google it: firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.

don't see affirming and persisting as a method. see it as 'deciding, and continuing to decide' EVEN IF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES/ REALITY TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

and idk why people act like 'if you already had it you wouldnt be persisting or affirming' like no affirming + persisting is what is RE-WIRING your brain so that you can IDENTIFY with the version of you that has that thing(s) that you want. it's not a magic method, but it's FOOLPROOF and it is literally the ONLY way to manifest.

if you are poor and have a hard time with money, it's gonna take some PERSISTANCE to assume the version of you that is rich.

now, don't sit there and start wallowing in self pity saying "my manifestation hasnt shown up, ive been affirming" YOU'RE LITERALLY AFFIRMING THE OPPOSITE WITH THAT SENTENCE THERE. and clearly if it hasnt shown up, then you havent affirmed or persisted enough. so don't be such a baby.

it's all the same

the way the law works is the same for literally everything you want. clear skin or a million dollars are on the same level, and it's the same process. how can you measure distance, when distance doesnt even exist here? different things that you want don't exist on magical different levels of manifestation difficulty. there is no magic book of truths that say that manifesting a boyfriend is harder than getting a can of soda. apply the same process to everything and stop trying to measure distance between things where it doesn't exist.

do you stand in front of a mirror and expect your reflection to do something? no? then why are you looking at the 3D for movement/validation? if your reflection started moving without you doing it first, you'd probably shit yourself. nothing in reality can happen without you thinking/ assuming it first. stop looking at external circumstances as a means to see if your manifestation is here or not. you're the only thing that can declare if it's here or not.

do it. right now. let go of all the worry and doubt of "what if it doesnt show up?" "i need my subs" there is nothing outside of you that 'GIVES' you your desires, only you can make it happen. only your brain can bring your desires to fruition. assume that you have everything already. just keep repeating the affirmations: 'i am exactly who i want to be' 'i already have everything i want' 'i am exactly where i want to be" and let go of doubt. delete your playlist since you already have everything.
