      Hikari didn't want to get up. Serena was telling the truth when talking about how great Gogoats were. Even Innek here seemed so nice and very soft. It made her not want to get off the Pokémon as they finally made it to the lab. Yet, with a heavy sigh, she hopped off it and gave it a light pet before heading toward the lab. She would definitely have to get herself one of those during her travels here.

      Looking around the big room, her eyes caught sight of an elevator and a reception desk; not things you usually see in a professor's lab but maybe it was because it was Kalos that it would seem to be different. Either way, she went up to the desk to ask the woman there where she would be able to find Sycamore.

      It seemed that he was on the third floor, according to what the receptionist said. She just had to ride the elevator up and would see him in no time!

      Ding! The elevator soon arrived at the top floor of the building, opening to let the young champion out to see the room the professor worked in. At least it was rather roomy up her but only the second floor seemed to look anything like a lab.

      "Professor Sycamore..? Are you in here?" she called out.

"No, I have the right person." Giratina wasn’t too surprised that she didn’t remember her. Back then, she had taken on her original form. This guise was merely to blend in with the rest of society.

"You were the one that entered my world, chasing after that blue-haired idiot. I was going to tear him to pieces after toying with him a bit, but then you showed up. You and that other human." Amethyst eyes narrowed slightly. "I could have taught him a lesson all on my own. There was no need for more people to trespass.”

      "... e-eh?!"

      Well that got a pretty good reaction out of Hikari once she realized just what was going on here. And this couldn't be a joke because nobody else knew of anything that happened in the Distortion World but a very select few as they were the ones who were either there or needed to know the exact details. Of course, someone could just be lying and making huge guesses but Hikari was silling to give the benefit of the doubt.

      "G... Giratina? I... How are you here as a human being? And as for Cyrus, I knew you would do something like that. I may have hated him but didn't want you to do something like that to him. I had to come in and stop it."

Hikari comes over a bit shyly as the idea of kissing an alternate was a bit weird. Though she steeled herself as she come upon him. Then leans over to give her a quick kiss, a bit nervous as she looks away, "I-It was an anon request..."

      “U-uh…”

      Hikari wasn’t sure how to feel about that, especially since this wasn’t the first time this had happened. But before it was didn’t seem like she was all that shy about it. Maybe it was because it was more of a test kind of thing to the alternate so it didn’t seem to have a reason to be shy. Either way, they had ended kissing again and now both of them stood there as silence began to grow between them.

      A hand hesitantly was lifted to rest on her cheek, a hum coming from her. It was to help herself calm down.before she went over to hug the other. Hopefully it would help her nerves calm down a little.

      “H-hey… I understand. Anons request the weirdest things, huh? It was really nice though, i-if that helps. Eheh…” Wow did this feel more awkward than it should be.

     “Kalos in general, but Lumiose especially. If you bought something here, it’s the lastest in fashion.” Since Serena didn’t care to keep up with fashion, she just did her clothes shopping here and picked what she felt looked nice. That resulted in her usual outfit, which she felt looked nice enough to have three different pairs of, she she could wear mostly that. It was that nice to her.

     “More important that being fashionable is just wearing what you think looks nice, and leaving it at that, you know? Don’t worry about what other people say.”

      "Hmm... You have a point there. I guess that's why I just went ahead and bought clothes that are similar to what I'm wearing now. It feels more comfortable and easy for me to wear." Even though fashion seemed so big around here, even those with high standings might not seem to care too much to dabble in such things. It was actually something Hikari wasn't expecting, if she were to be honest. Especially since Serena seemed like such a graceful and beautiful girl, she could have passed easily as a girl who knew everything about the fashion trends here in Kalos.

      "Oh yeah. Before I forget, did you want to see the starter I decided to get for my travels here?"

          Whoa, I just hit 475 followers! I say this comes with some celebration, but not without a few words, but let me start off with the fact that  I never(???) expected Hikari to come this far. Really — I expected her to just me a side muse, but oh man, no. Thanks to many people, she’s really developed as a character, and I’m really proud of that. I’m also gonna comment that while Lucas archived his Koki, that it’s really thanks to them I made this blog, and I’m very grateful for that. I appreciate every single one of you, and here are some words for a few friends I’ve made on here — both old and new, and on here or on other blogs (in no particular order ‘cause I got no organization), which is cut due to length.

"Hey! Congratulations! I knew you could do it!" he said as the girl’s Eevee was surrounded by a bright light. As the light faded, what remained was a Glaceon.

"Ooh, I’ve never seen an Eevee evolve into that, mind if I take a few notes on it?" he asked as he pulled out a journal and a pen.

      "I don't see why not. Go ahead and take all the notes you need. I know that it involved into Glaceon." It was always a majestic thing to see Pokémon evolve. and now Hikari had two of the known Eeveelutions. Both seemed to be the ones more commonly found in the Sinnoh region too.

Giratina usually kept to herself. She never approached anyone unless she absolutely had to. Going up to a human and sparking small talk with them wasn’t her style at all. Humans were disgusting and greedy as far as she was concerned, and nothing could change that. At least, not after all that happened. First with Zero and his bullshit, then Cyrus.

She kept her head down as she walked, but lifted just enough to watch where she was going. She didn’t want to run into someone by accident. Liliac eyes rose a bit and moved, locking on someone that was very much familiar to her. Heels clicked along the ground as she changed her direction, still unsure of what she was doing.

"You. Human. I remember you."

      "You... remember me?"

      That was pretty random to hear from a stranger that Hikari was most certain she had never met before. the chances of them meeting before and her just not remembering is also rather unlikely. There was only two logical explanations for this. One was that she had met the girl but then had her memory erased or she simply had the wrong girl. The latter was really the only logical one.

      "I think you might have the wrong person. I don't remember meeting you before now." Oh if only she knew who she was talking to.

     “Oh, don’t worry! I understand. When I first met him, it was a flurry of the same information that you probably just got, except he added on a starter from the Kanto region, as well as it’s Mega Stone.” She wasn’t exactly complaining, as Neptune was a pretty solid companion, however rarely she actually asked for his help.

     Serena had decided, long ago, that she would go about helping Professor Sycamore with finding every Mega Evolution. After all, a professor couldn’t very well go about wandering the world, right? That’s what she was for!

     “Oh, don’t mention it! Innek needs to walk around and wander to get some exercise now and then so he doesn’t get chubby, you know? And no, I don’t mind at all. I know Lumiose is the fashion center of, like, the whole world. People often come here just to shop, so I understand the allure.”

      "Yeah... I just couldn't resist any longer. Hopefully what I got looks good. I hear that Kalos is really big when it comes to fashion; more than any other region that I know of. Is that true?" If it was then that would mean Hikari would definitely have to keep herself up-to-date on all the latest fashion trends here. That sounded like a lot of work actually.

      Though, taking another look at the clothes she bought, it didn't take long for Hikari to figure out she bought clothes that seemed rather similar to her current attire. That was probably both good and bad at the same time.

      A fellow champ, huh? What were the odds? Still, the prospect of getting to battle someone actually up to snuff, on caliber with her and Steven…. well, it was exciting. Most of her challengers are tough, sure, but not the same flavor of tough that May herself is and that can lead to a bit of boredom. If this goes anything like the match with Steven, it’ll definitely be worth her time—-

      Here’s to hoping that the Sinnoh League is just as raw as the Hoenn.

      “Gettin’ a starter, huh? Mmm…. that’s not a bad idea, really! Gotta keep on your toes, keep trying new stuff, right?” She quips with a tilt to her head, bow lolling to the side. “Take it from me though, Torchic is totally the best! I mean… all Pokemon are cool’n junk… but my Torchic? Heck, she was pretty dang unstoppable!”

       May laughs, grin already playing at her lips. 

        “Eh… ‘course I’m pretty biased buuut that’s my two cents. Still, you should pick whichever one you feel is right, y’know? That’s gonna be your buddy for a super long time after all.”

      "Torchic huh? I might just have to check that out. Maybe if I got one as my starter, it and yours could be the best of friends, right? Or possibly the biggest rivals if we're not too careful."

      A light laugh could be heard coming from Hikari. Still, Torchic did sound like a reasonable choice to her. Not that she disliked the other starters, but there was something about the little Pokémon that made her want to get it. Maybe it could be that it reminded her a little of her Piplup?

      "Y'know what? I think I just decided on my starter. The thought of it having a friend and some nostalgia may have just swayed me over." Now all she had to do was go in and get it.

      "Is Professor Birch in his lab right now? I know you just came out so he probably is but you never know with Professors."
