INGREDIENTS

8 Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches

1 pint chocolate ice cream

1 pint cookies ‘n cream ice cream

1 pint strawberry ice cream

9 oz chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

1 bottle chocolate ice cream coating, such as Magic Shell Toppings:

Whipped cream

Sprinkles

Maraschino cherries

Hot fudge DIRECTIONS:

1. Line a 10” spring form pan with parchment paper.

2. Cut the ice cream sandwiches into quarters, and line them up around the rim of the pan. 3. Mix the crushed chocolate wafers with the Magic Shell sauce, and spoon ⅓ of the mixture into the bottom of the pan, to create a crust. 4. Scoop five scoops of cookies ‘n cream ice cream onto the crust, and spread into an even layer with the back of a spoon. 5. Top with another ⅓ of the cookie mixture. 6. Next, add five scoops of the strawberry ice cream, spread and top with remaining cookie mixture. 7. Finally, top with five scoops of chocolate ice cream and spread them into an even layer. 8. Freeze the cake until solid, about 2 hours. 9. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and Maraschino cherries.
