OVERVIEW!
Due to a plethera of background female characters, for the purposes of this list, I chose only the ones who had spoken/been audible at least once throughout the original series
I'll also provide you a quick explaination of the details in the brackets:
Cameo - a background appearance of a character on screen that is non-vocal
Appearance - a vocal appearance of a character on screen
Debut - first vocal appearance of a character
Possible cameo - a speculated appearance of a character, the speculation is based on a similar physical appearance
As you know, the series is very lengthy (7 seasons, 13 episodes each). I may have forgotten a certain character or her appearance, I apologize in advance
In some cases, one character appeared much earlier than her vocal debut e.g. Sandra. The term "first cameo" is used in such cases. I marked the character's debut blue
The names of the characters are all official and they were all stated either directly in the show or on the official animators' accounts. I tried to stick to the canon as closely as possible - the spelling may not be accurate towards all names

Miko Chen Headcanons
- Half Chinese/half Japanese
- His real name is 橋本みこ (Miko Hashimoto), adapted the last name 陳(Chen) after learning a bit more about his biological family over the years
- Currently a trilingual, can speak fluently in Japanese, Chinese, and English, but wants to learn Korean as well
- Grew up in the orphanage with Tiger and Inyo, luckily the trio sticked together as their new families lived in the same town
- Being adopted to quite reowned and traditional family, he always had close contact with Japanese customs
- His parents were extremely keen on teaching Miko self-discipline and devotion to culture, which shaped Miko as a person
- He loved footie since he was five but also developed another hobby of his own: painting
- He was very passionate about it for a while until he was discouraged by his father
- His father complained about Miko wasting time on something he had absolutely zero talent for which lead to first major argument between them
- A very bitter memory for young Miko that caused him to quit art for good
- Met his biological parents years after he moved out, the reunion was quite touching
- Due to financial issues at the time, they had to leave Miko in the orphanage, hoping he'd grow up having a better life
- Miko immediately helped them settle down in a place they can call home
- His adopted family was hesitant on Miko's decision, but after meeting his parents in person all of them immediately got along
- Can pull the meanest resting bitch face™️ which may fool people into thinking he's a certified mean girl (he isn't, he gets lost in thought quite easily)
- Beautiful handwriting thanks to calligraphy lessons he attends to in his free time
- Despite being a kind and open-minded football player, his demeanor changes completely when it comes to shogi matches with his friends
- He's still not over losing to Tiger and Inyo every single time they played together
- Has never experienced romantic feelings or any sort of physical attraction towards anyone, and the thought of people having sexual intercourse is revolting to him
- That's why he hates all kinds of physical touch, even from close friends, and will (politely) decline hugs
- Instead of any romantic bonds he truly believes platonic soulmates exist and that him and Tiger are the example of such
- Bought matching bracelets for Tiger and himself, still wears it to this day
- A strict skincare routine, you can also catch him wearing eyeliner on a daily basis
- Likes to plan routines for everyday actions to help him focus and ease his mind
- Is very close with his teammates but has a lot of friends outside Nakama, like Shakes, Riano, De Los Santos, and Andre Meda
- Has a photo board in his room with mostly memories of his early childhood friends
- Regularly donates for charites to help orphans, sometimes hosts them himself and helps the orphans learn how to read and write
- He's usually the one who defuses conflicts and tension between his friends and teammates
- Leaves people on read without realizing it (he opens Natter and forgets to close the app)
- Doesn't engage but knows every celebrity drama with details
- Whenever any major social event happens and the rivalry shit goes down he'll be sitting in the distance, sipping tea and rolling his eyes
- Fascinated with Ouji Fashion
- Can't stand excessively luxurious hotels, prefers simplicity and functionality over glamour
- His favorite dish is Katsudon
- Listens to various types of music but mostly 70's J-pop and C-pop
