i really don't mean to bother you but i just had one question:
so , on day 2 in the blue tent after the ticket taker says that you might have been alone in there and to not trust your eyes my screen freezes , the ticket taker dissapears , and my cursor dosn't apear over the screen when i try to click things . only the music keeps playing .
i would have thought this is just a classic bug but i refreahed the game 4 times and tried differante routes but it always freezes in the blue tent . so i can't see what will happen in the blue tent and i coudn't even meet the jester
and i've asked people and aperantly this is a common problem that a lot of players are having (the game basicly crashing at the blue tent) , so i'm not the only one
i have to say that i'm not mad at you or neko or trying to sound rude but is day 2 not fully coded or finished yet? i just really want to enjoy the game because i think the story is interesting and the characters are so well disined and a lot of people do too
if this is a common problem are you or neko aware of it? because if it's something that can be fixed then it should be fixed

Hello!! I try not to step in on the technical side of things since I am not the one behind the code, but on this instance I will offer some feedback to help since I know Neko has been a bit overrun himself since the update released!
This is a known issue in the current version of the game, though I’m not sure why it affects some people but not others. I imagine it’s because of how you’re playing the game (did you download it, or are you playing via the browser? Are you using a mobile device such as an android phone?) but there is a short-term bandaid solution:
What you need to do when the game freezes up is to open up the game menu (hit esc) and then simply return to the game. Basically akin to pausing and un-pausing.
From what I’ve seen with other players this seems to fix the issue and allows the game to progress as intended, but if you’re still having issues then I suggest trying to play the game in another format if possible or to wait until Neko is able to get a fix out— he’s been a bit overwhelmed by the influx of new fans and messages across his social platforms and it’s been a lot to handle alongside this bug fix!
At the behest of my beloved and most direct and correct girlfriend, whom does have a point, remember this is one person doing ALL of this!
While he does have friends supporting him as best we can, the game is still coded and run by Neko himself along with his Patreon and other social media accounts— I cannot overstate how many messages and notifications he receives daily, and unlike most published media that often has tools resources or training to help mitigate the stress that it causes, he does not. He is just another person who made a game he loves and wants to share and while it is AWESOME that it’s gotten so popular, it can be really overwhelming to anyone!
So remember to be kind, patient, and understanding— he’ll get an update out when any bugs have been fixed c:
