âItâs important to start off by adressing the elephant in the room today.â the journalist says âNatalia, Maya and Y/N, how did you feel when you found out that Joe had written a song about Charlie instead of about you?â
You feel youâre shoulders relaxing. Truth is, you and Joe have been dating for maybe three years, and in the past youâve never felt the need to address it for the whole internet, it was your relationship and only yours.
It wasnât a total secret though, you were featured in almost all of his instagram posts, and sure, there was some speculation, but it was shut down quickly by the fans saying they were just best friends and they have been like this since the first season of stranger things.
And everytime you saw those comments you would just laugh.

You and Joe lived together next to the garden and Natalie and Charlie owned the house that had the garden, and they would all just hung out together during off days, playing games, smoking, drinking and other activities.
But there were also songs like âDelete yaâ, that was about when you took a break of three months while shooting the final season. Every shoot was awkward, and you even moved to Maya and Sadieâs house.
It was a song about how much it hurted looking at you, and how he wishes he would never met you âcause now he would never find someone like you.
And then, âgap tooth smileâ, he wrote it a few weeks before starting to date you, and when he finally got the courage, he asked you on a date.
You went to the beach, the sun was setting and the ocean was calm. You were sitting down, and he told you that he still liked you and never moved on since their drunk hook up in season 2.
And then he played you âgap tooth smileâ. You kissed him in the moment.
You looked at your left, looking at Joe, hearing his laugh. You snickered.

âWhy would you bring that up?â Joe laughs as he puts his hands on his head

âBoth of us? Which one of you is featured?â the journalist asks
âShe meant the three of us, and yeah he did promise us a song on the next albumâ Natalie says
âWhatâs your opinion Y/Nâ the interviewer says
âWell, love the song but no commentâ you laugh and look back at Joe, he was already looking at you.
The rest of the interview goes smoothly. You had a great time. You all answered questions about your relationship with the cast and about the final season.
It only came out three weeks after. And when it did, it exploded.
The little slip of Maya had now revived the ship, edits and tweets about you came out every single second. You were the trending hashtag, with only 3 days since the interview came out, it had over 600k videos.
