anyway to revamp or not, since i have remade taeros on the pc once again ...
Well... I finally finished it! This is a semi-final design for Taeros’ full body tattoos that go with his vallaslin, after defeating Corypheus and sealing the Breach a second time. Plus the anchor and his various scars.
His front is much simpler because like hell I was going to make that as complicated as his back, for one. For two, I do want to draw Taeros with his full body tattoos eventually, and it’ll most likely be drawn from the front or - at most - the side. Considering I spent the most time on his back, I wanted to have a little more simplicity to the rest of his design.
I also added his scars for a clearer reference... But I don’t have a solid idea about how his amputated arm will look - whether the anchor spread would’ve left scarring right up to his shoulder or not.
This is how I imagine a lot of Taeros’ drawings would end up looking like while he’s traversing Thedas with and without the Inquisition; rough, messy, save for the main thing he focuses on. In Din’an Hanin, it was the statue of Mythal in the courtyard-like area he came across.
