Dany here & I am honored to take part in the Sonic fandom w/ all of you!

What will I be doing on here?

I will be posting my drawing, sketches, and some fancomics regarding the Sonic fandom (I will engage w/ other Fandoms as well, i.e. MHA, Pixar, music, etc). My work will also be posted on Deviant and probably other platforms when I get some accounts. I will also be posting fanfics & one-shots as soon as I get an AO3 account rolling as well. My fanart/writing is a light hobby, so my output may not be as quick as usual and I will mostly be posting by camera, as I much prefer pencil & paper, but I will do digital drawing, too. I will also be displaying some of the art/fanart I like on here, but not w/out crediting their magnificent owners.

I will definitely take requests (but not commisions). I'm also open to do art trades.

I allow questions- no... I URGE you to ask questions. I incredibly like talking about the fandoms I'm part of so, please do ask anything you like

I'm open for questions for characters, either canonized or OC. I find it's a fun way to display & develop the characters, AUs, & headcanons I share on here. You can also "ask them yourselves" if you'd like!

I'd love to exchange & share headcanons & theories.

I will allow you to reblog or repost my work but do NOT do it without crediting me.

I will also allow you to draw my characters and/or AUs, but again, NOT without crediting me

I will not do commissions, atm. I don't relatively trust payment exchanges over the internet; plus I have limited money.

This might be random, buuuut...

You better have been nice enough to give her that f***ing nightlight!😂😡💀

I'm all the sudden getting into that Amanda The Adventurer game series; watching YouTubers gameplay, because I don't have Steam (though this was before I knew they released it to consoles). And I remember that part in Game 2 where you're to fetch her a nightlight so she can close out the VHS tape w/ a good night's sleep; and if you choose not to get it, you see her get terrifying nightmares. I, honestly, felt sad for her when that happens, so I drew this to draw some sympathy for the poor gal & as propaganda for you (who play) to give her the nightlight...

The game is freaking awesome btw; awesome story, smart puzzles, and scary asf (definitely need the stomach for it). Highly recommend all three!👌

If I might say

I am just BEYOND ecstatic that my first ever fanfic has been catching on, even by just a few people. & I just want to say, thank you SO much for reading and/or receiving my first ever body of work. Definitely will be writing more in the future! So stay tuned! <3

The blue blur couldn’t help but feel the urge to sweep Amy up and sprint with her off somewhere he doesn’t know. That captivating sensation always swam in the middle of his chest; which in the past was a frighteningly unusual feeling for him. However, it went no further than there, as his gut constantly reminds him of the age-old-itch to dash off without warning. But it was this tension between running away and gazing at her until sundown that kept him rooted to the spot, unable to move.

What if today he can meet those feelings in the middle?

After they're time together at the museum, which was prolonged due to the Chaotix interrupting their adventure, Sonic offers the idea to take Amy out for food before they call it a day. Of course, she delightfully obliges, as whatever time spent with her "hero" is well worth it. What results throughout the extension is Sonic internalizing a circus of emotions and Amy coming closer to understanding Sonic's affection... a conflicting thought she's been entertaining for the few years they've been, recently, sharing together.

So, I opened up my Ao3 account a few months ago and I want to get started on my first story. I was thinking of doing a one-shot of Sonic & Amy interacting together after the events of The Chaotix anniversary issue (which is one of my favorites). It would see them finishing off their "hang out" with some food at a stop or sorts.

What do you guys think the tone of the story should be?

Subtle affection, slice-of-life to humorously joke about "dating in secret"?

Some shared admission or recount of Starfall Islands?

Sonic fumbling to say a certain way that he treasures Amy?

Just the two of them sharing each other's company?

Figured I'd celebrate the resurrection of our favorite cotton candy community this way lol...

If some of you still remember (or care XD) I held a poll for what type of tone I should use for my first Ao3 Sonamy fanfic. The fanfic will be a mainly be a hybrid of the two highest voted themes and I'm here to let y'all know that I'm currently working on it & am super excited to share w/ all of you!😁 But expect some patience; because of my ASD, I'm a very slow worker & there's a lot I'm working through at the moment. But it's a promise to put my absolute heart into this fanfic💙🩷

So, for my fellow Sonamy fans, you might have noticed that our community chat has disappeared this morning. We don't know what happened; either it was deleted or suspended temporarily. It's massively inconvenient, but fear not; because @kexyyxx has formed a temporary (hopefully) community to fill in for the one that mysteriously left (which TYSM!). So for now, we can interact on here! Also, we can try taking it up w/ Tumblr or whoever was the original activator in the meantime.

(Sorry for the late reply) As a matter of fact, I have! I enjoy it very much; everything about it: the niche storytelling, the various shipping, the intriguing nuance in scenes. It's honestly a top 5 favorite literature for me.

And tell no one, but I may or may not be working on some fanfiction myself, hahaha...

This is the kind of sonamy dynamic I like. It's still teasy about Amy's strong attraction but it's not mean spirited. Sonic and Amy feel like equals instead of the 'girl who is unhealthily obsessed and guy who doesn't like being around her' dynamic that was in Heroes and X and stuff. Sonic isn't cold and harsh and Amy isn't inconsiderate of Sonic's feelings, it's really cute 🥺
