“they’re very respectful of each other” is probably the best thing we could hear about willmack, but look, this very respect is also the reason we’ll never truly know what’s going on between them and i find that to be the most intimate thing about them?

it might sound funny but it looks like they exist in their like own little bubble that no one else can enter and not because they’re hostile but because it already feels complete to them and there’s genuinely no place for anyone else. and it’s not simply that they’re private people, it’s that they actively protect that privacy in small and deliberate ways. like will refused to share what book they were reading and mack basically lied about the birthday not being celebrated until we later found out they had spent the whole night together. they hide and twist the details that belong only to the two of them, and weirdly it makes me so happy. the comfort between them runs so deep that i feel like they don’t believe just anyone could grasp what they really have because it’s actually not for everyone ?

Hey hi hello what was in the Nashville water on April 13 because the Wackles were in rare form even for them.
