A Small Staffing Problem

A belated Happy New Year to you! Here's a new piece in a series that I'm calling 1/16th. Prints of this painting are available here—15% off for the next two days!

The initial impetus for this was that I needed to make the call for entries poster for the Art Show and Video Showcase at the upcoming SizeCon (February 28th through March 2nd in Portland, Oregon!). I really latched onto the word "call" and tried to build a composition around that.

Entries are still being accepted for the Art Show and Video Showcase until Valentine's Day, February 14th! Just make sure to fully read the submission guidelines here for art and here for video!
