Loaded buffalo chicken casserole. Crispy seasoned potatoes, grilled buffalo chicken pieces, bacon, and grilled onions. All held together with tasty cheese, spring onions and homemade BBQ sauce

My mates rule. A massive thank you to everyone that came round today. It was a pleasure to share some good food with you all and just chill out all afternoon. You're all more than welcome anytime! And yes, there is a definite theme gift wise. Shocking right?

Taco chicken subs! Chicken fillet marinated in Mexican spiced sour cream, then baked in the oven in a taco (and some doritos) crust. Served on a roll with Spanish onion, lettuce, cheese, pickles, mayo, and homemade BBQ sauce.

And because it's Saturday, some chilli bacon cheese gems as well. Could have used fries, but these go so much crispier if you prepare them properly

Poutine! Possibly one of the ugliest foods in existence, but damn delicious. Arguably the best thing Canada has given to the world.
