Backstory:
Atlee was the first of his bloodline in generations to be born with the wolf gene, making his first shift at just 12 years old, much to the horror of every one involved. In an attempt to protect both Atlee himself and everybody in town his parents took him to his grandparent's old farm in an attempt to hide him away, caging him every full moon in a shack at the back corner of the property.
Over the years the boy learned to shift without the full moon and gained impressive control of his skills, although the full moons still saw him loosing control. One night, as the family was waiting out another full moon, the wolf escaped, wreaking havoc on the near by town and taking his first life. As Atlee and his parents rushed to pack up and leave the next morning an angry mob appeared, firing wildly and killing both his parents and grandparents as he shifted, running into the neighboring forest to escape.
At 17 years old the young werewolf found himself all alone. After realizing the mob had killed every one he loved, Atlee decided to stay in his wolf form and began roaming the forest he had initially escaped into. As the years went by the wolf took over. Giving in to instinct and freedom the painful memories of the past began to fade away, and for quite some time he was at peace.
At 25 the wolf stumbled upon a old farm with faded familiar scents. As he explored the property the smells and sights woke a part of him that had long laid dormant and, for the first time in years, he phased back into his human form.
Now, 3 years later, Atlee lives on the old farm. Spending most of his time fixing up the house and barn, the werewolf keeps to himself, only going into town for necessities. And the odd drink here and there.
Alice

Backstory:
Everybody knows the story of Alice in Wonderland, sadly after 10 year old Alice got back home she wouldn't stay there for long. Hearing the stories of Wonderland, Alice's parents feared for their daughter's sanity and so sent her to an asylum for children. Lucky for the young girl she quickly became a favorite among the faculty, earning her lighter treatments than the others.
As the girl grew older, memories of Wonderland faded, until she was convinced they were nothing more than dreams. At 19 years old Alice was declared sane and was finally discharged out of the asylum into the care of her grandmother. Now Alice acts as her grandmother's caretaker, fetching groceries, doing chores, things as such.
OUaT verse:
Two years after coming to live with her grandmother, Alice was taking a walk when she stumbled down another rabbit hole, taking her back to Wonderland. Alice spent the next 3 years wandering Wonderland, trying desperately to get back home again, when the Evil Queen's Curse hits.
In Storybrooke, Alice becomes the school's art teacher, frozen in time for 28 years until the Savior broke the curse.
