Certain words can change your brain forever and ever so you do have to be very careful about it.
a few days ago I came across a thing on the dashboard where a woman had wrote about wanting to 'save' her mother, and while reading it I thought to myself: "I can understand why you would feel this way, but if you could save your mother, do you really think that your mother, now filled with some sort of conscientiousness, would return the favour? or do you think that to her it would be like snapping awake from a nightmare she had been sleepwalking deeper into, and then, seeing her life spread out around her like a series of steep cliffs and valleys into nothingness, that she would turn around run? far away from her spouse and children whose faces kept her inert for so long; the dormant survival instinct you salvaged now driving her back to her senses. much to consider." . I had a dream last night where my mother told me that she "had done everything she was meant to do" then peacefully tried self immolated with a fire that would not spread to wherever I was, so I had to keep her alive with a hug that I could never let go of.

What the fuck
This comes around every thanksgiving for like 3 years running now and it activates my fight or flight response
The only thing I trust is the cake but there’s a huge cursed vibe like a god of chaos and disorder decided to have a photoshoot and this is the result
when Charles Bukowski said "and when nobody wakes you up in the morning, and when nobody waits for you at night, and when you can do whatever you want. what do you call it, freedom or loneliness?"
