Given enough coke, I could rule the world 💥 In 2016, I worked with @worldofcocacola on the #shareacokewithatl campaign for the gallery at the headquarters. In 2018, I was contacted by a PR agency representing @cocacola_ng to create recipe videos using coca-Cola. I sent in my rates, and I never got a call back. I tried many times to get back in touch with the PR agency (because working at/with coke has always been a dream), but they never responded to any of my emails. I blamed myself for being to pricey and letting a great opportunity slip by me. I had worked with Coke Atlanta and working with Coke Nigeria would have been the icing on the cake. But hey! Beans bake, a new dish born out of left overs and old store ingredients. Had some leftover beans in the freezer, and some soft plantain, so I decided to make a beans bake - beans layered with mashed plantain, then finished off in the oven.
