Your moment of zen.
My previous photo editor was a pirated Corel Aftershot pro and I did okay with it. Tried to pirate Lightroom but couldn’t seem to make it work. I got decent performance when I dabbled within the trial period tho. But now that I’ve got hardware of my own that I can tweak on my own time (hence Linux as my choice of operating system). I am now in dire need of a photo editor after I made my switch back to Ubuntu Mate 16.04 LTS. Apparently I have a choice between the Dark Table and Raw Therapee. I tried DT and I found it useful especially the presets (e.g. pentax-like, ricoh-like, canon-like, nikon-like, fuji-like, and even leica-like). But I think I’m partial to RT after taking it on a spin on this photo I took from Cicada hills, Davao.
Saw this guy looking as we walked past him on the pier on Cagayan de Oro city. Re-edited using lightroom. Previous one was on Corel.

My mother was a 1Lt. in the AFP, stationed in Southern Command in Zamboanga and this bayonet is one of her souvenirs. I've had a fixation on exotic knives ever since I claimed this as my own. I remember trying to clean this up when I was a kid but there was no Google back then. Today I'm still a kid, a kid with access to Google. I used white vinegar to lift the rust. Wd40, mineral oil, and elbow grease to remove the grime away. There's a bit of grime and rust left in hard to reach nooks and crannies but I think my restoration project is a success.
This is Pulgas and she's tired most of the time.
Had a walkabout in Malaybalay when i saw this guy chilling. And yes it was the first time I went up to ask someone to take their portrait.

Had a chance to ride shotgun for latex collection and delivery. So I took it.
Roses are dead BMO is serpentine. Will you BMOi valentine?
Bitchin’ wall I found in Davao city.
Mother, being bashful for having her photo taken.
My sister's happiness is having the side mirror fixed.
Noticed this thing on the doorknobs on the family ancestral house. I like to think it fends off what a locked doorknob doesn't.
