Thank you! I think sometimes people forget that this is a hobby, tbh. You don't have to do things that you don't want to do, and you don't need to expect that your partner do things they don't want to do. At least, not as a basis for the rp! Not everyone is compatible with each other and that's perfectly fine <3

I've been around since the ancient days of roleplay on neopets, gaiaonline, aim, etc. - roleplay "etiquette" has always been a bit odd to me, and there are some odd expectations and stereotypes that I'm not always here for. Live your best life!

MCU Roleplay Search

Hello!

I am currently on the lookout for a MCU roleplay (or twenty), preferably over Discord as I'm still not super familiar with tumblr. I am in my twenties, and I tend to play female characters only - sorry for anyone who that immediately turns away! I've gotten some very rude messages about that in previous roleplay searches, so I'll just take this time to remind everyone that this is a hobby and there are thousands of people who do this, moving on to a partner whose preferences align with yours costs zero dollars.

Writing style: I write in third person POV, and the length of my posts typically depends on what's going on in the thread, but never shorter than a paragraph. 3-4 paragraphs tends to be my sweet spot. I am not at all a stickler for length, and I don't use terms like "literate" because... Honestly I just find them very condescending and don't like them, never have. I don't require that you be a master of the English language, but if you know that you're prone to typos please use spellcheck!

Genre: I have the most fun when the roleplay is a combination of romance, angst, and action. Please note, however, that I am not a smut writer and will not write instant romance. I enjoy tension and chases, but I'm far more focused on the chemistry. If it's not there, it's not there. I don't mind darker themes, to an extent; I'm not looking to write a kink-based roleplay.

Chatting style: This one is especially important. I'm chatty! I love talking about character dynamics and motives, using pinterest boards, sending memes, sending relevent tumblr posts or tiktoks, all of the above! I want to roleplay with someone who enjoys these things as well.

Canon vs slightly less canon: I honestly don't mind here, I can do anything from sticking strictly to canon to playing a canon character's long lost unknown daughter. I'm more familiar with movie canon, and only somewhat familiar with comic canon (for now, I'm working on that!)

Plots: This is something that I’m pretty open with, so I can be fairly versatile and would love to bounce ideas around with my rp partner. 

Not looking for: Insta-romance, smut only, doubling, anyone under the age of 20.

Marvel has officially confirmed that Matt Murdock from the NMCU is the same one that appeared in “No Way Home”. No variants or alternate versions, it’s the same Matt. So what that means is:

1) The entire NMCU is canon to the MCU

2) Cloak & Dagger is canon to the MCU since it ties-in with Luke Cage

3) Runaways is canon to the MCU since it has a crossover with Cloak & Dagger

Price Drop

Some of you might have noticed already, but I have officially dropped the prices on all my multi-sale skins. 

This is a personal choice for me, and one that I spent a lot of time mulling over. When I first started doing unlimited multi-sales, I followed the pricing schemes that other coders were starting to use, but since these were untested waters, I don’t think anyone expected mutli-sales to do so well for so long. At this time, I don’t feel like I can keep asking for the same prices that I was and still feel good about it.

So, I’m dropping my prices! Any new skins I put up will also be lower in price (assuming I one day have time to code again). The current prices may also change as time goes on and skins get older & more outdated.
