Hello! My name is Madeline and I am a first-year graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University. I have been wanting to start a blog for my own personal self-care and wellness use for quite some time now, and it seems I finally found the courage to do so today.
So if you’re here, WELCOME! :-) We all know that social media has grown so greatly, and as a counselor-in-training I see as a very valuable tool to connect with others and advocate for mental health!
