My snuggly sofa throw is “ready” and the timing is perfect as the forecast is -10°c in Iceland. Now I just need to weave in those pesky ends.

Cast on 170 st on no 5 needles. Measures 160cm x 100cm.

Had the pleasure to see some beautiful #quilts today, this was a favorite. It’s by Irene MacWilliam, United Kingdom, 60"x42" called A Blog. She stated that she could never do an online blog, so she did a textile one, she made a small square everyday depicting something about her day and she stated that an unexciting life can be interesting by how it is represented. #quiltfest #palmsprings#pslife #quilters #fiberartists (at Palm Springs Convention Center)

Just started this garter stitch throw that should, in theory, only be knitted with leftover yarn. Cast on 170 stitches, using 5mm needles.

My 4 yr old gave her Grandma clear instructions on how she knit her playschool winter trousers. Grandma tried to follow her design as closely as she could.
