Writings hard! But anyways, heres a random quick sabriel thing.
Sam was getting a present for Dean for his birthday from the outside mall. It didn’t have to be too expensive or anything; Castiel would take care of that.
He stopped in front of a large, fancy store. Ann Taylor, it said. He wondered what it sold. Going inside, he saw a lot of clothes. Designer, petite, a lot of things he didn’t understand. Turning around, he left again.
Claire’s, the next sign read. Sam knew what was in Claire’s, but he went in anyways. He stopped in front of the jewelry section. Would Dean want his ears pierced, or a necklace?
He wandered over to some mood rings. Sam sighed. Dean didn’t want anything from this store.
When he left, he wandered about the wall, watching the little kids play in the little playground that was reserved for kids, staring into store windows, smelling the nacho cheese from the pretzel stands.
Sam found that he was now in front of a jewelry store. He looked at the rings. They were, in fact, quite beautiful. There were a couple that Sam liked- a ring with a sturdy silver band, with an opal on top; a ring with a metal band shaped like a rope, with a small black jewel; and a golden banded ring with four diamonds in a circle.
Sam knew Dean wouldn’t want a ring, either, that was for Castiel to get him. But then he felt a strange feeling- “Somebody’s watching me,” he murmured quietly. Slowly pivoting, Sam scanned the small square the jewelry store was in.
A man sitting on the bench with a magazine, a lady walking by with two kids, Gabriel, a teenage couple- wait, Gabriel?
Gabriel smiled and walked over.
“Hey there, Sam,” he said.
“Are you Loki or Gabriel?” asked Sam suspiciously.
“Oh, don’t worry,” said the Gabriel/ Trickster. “I’m Gabriel. Why are you looking at the rings?”
“I was looking for something for Dean’s birthday,” said Sam, still suspicious.
“Oh, don’t worry about his birthday,” said Gabriel, pulling a large, wrapped box out of his shopping bag.
“What’s in it? A bomb?” asked Sam.
“Oh no, a couple dozen pies,” answered Gabe.
“’Kay,” said Sam nervously, grabbing the box.
“Now, which of those rings do you like the best?” said Gabe.
“What?” asked Sam, flabbergasted.
“Which ring?” asked Gabriel again. “I think you’d look best with the ring with the golden band and the four diamonds.”
“Um-er-well-so do I,” finished Sam lamely.
“Alright,” said Gabriel, pulling out a wad of cash and walking into the store.
Bemused, Sam watched after him. Gabriel walked up to the counter. Gesturing with his hands, he moved his mouth. After a minute, he counted out his money and handed it to the woman at the counter. She handed him two rings and a box. The rings matched.
When Gabriel walked out, he was wearing one of the rings. The other was in a box.
“Come here, Sam,” he said giddily. Sam followed him to a small area with just a few people around.
Gabe got out the box. Without asking, he put the other ring on Sam’s finger.
“Now you don’t get a birthday present from me next year,” he teased.
