i talked ab this feeling in therapy yday and my therapist asked me, “would it really be so bad if your memories changed? if they softened and faded or looked different over time? why does that frighten you so much?” and i said, “i don’t want the love to disappear.” and she looked at me for a long moment and then she said, “it won’t. it doesn’t work that way. even if the memories soften or change, it doesn’t mean the love does. that love keeps going backward in time, forever, because you love her still. all is not lost.” i just thought i would share that in case it resonated w anyone else too.

The people in the Henry Stickmin fandom who act like Charles is some heavenly saint who would never hurt a fly are incredibly funny to me because like.

This man 100% has a body count. You cannot tell me no one died at the end of Pardoned Pals or Valiant Hero. Dude blew up the whole fucking Orbital Station while people were still inside. His whole gag is literally crashing his helicopter into things, including people.

Like no, Charles is not some innocent cinnamon role, he is a ruthless government agent who can and will get his hands dirty if he wants to. Don't let his nice exterior fool you, this man is a killer.
