And somedays it comes unannounced 😶 Period make me go crazy ughhh
How on some days you have to push yourself to do basic chores. Like Clipping Nails I don’t really need a nailcutter as my anxious mind make me mad and then I bit my nails. I can’t help it. It is a bad habit and I do things to avoid it but sometimes it is not in my hand. Just one of those days :( .
Mood swings during periods are worst. It’s like I want everyone to die as painfully as possible but not really though. . . Period Drama
Let it out whenever you feel like. Having a good cry can just make you feel better overall. . . . . Crying not always express sadness yet crying can express anything like happiness or when you feel nervous, jealous, angry, proud to something and more. We cry when we fall in love and fall out of love too as tears are a signal. Why does it seem people are ashamed to cry? Because its been told to us that crying is a sign of weakness. Is it? Crying your heart out improves the mood of 88% of people and it can also help with healing, boosting immunity and reducing levels of anger and stress. It has many health benefits we are not aware of. . .
A broken heart’s cracks must be filled with gold, every wound demands willpower to heal, and most of all, the recognition that we will no longer be the same, that we can’t go back to the way things were. Let yourself breathe.

It’s okay to feel your feelings. So often we put a brave face on or bury our feelings deep down so we don’t think about them. But they come back the motion to come back is obvious. We all have feelings it is just not all of us feel it or should I say acknowledge it :) One should adore the feelings as feelings are healthy and are natural part of being a human. We all get get happy mad sad angry courageous all at the same time. Give time to your feelings understand what you want. Knowing oneself is the toughest job. Be kind.
