Bill i hear you are getting banned from a bunch of therapy exercises. Why not add some of these to that list / see if they help?

-Smashing broken things with a SLEDGEHAMMER! (unlikely to be approved, but worth a shot, hurting objects can help!)

-Animal therapy. Taking care of a pet can inspire you take care of yourself! (non sentient animals, don't want another Ford situation to happen)

-Write down everything you like about yourself, you might write more than you were expecting to!

That actually sounds like some actual good suggestions

I'll definitely show them to the axolotl when I get banned from the stupid yoga therapy group :)
