Superfood Mocha
I’ve been drinking Bulletproof™ Coffee for years now. If you are not familiar, it may sound weird/gross: coffee blended with butter AND coconut oil.
FYI, before my switch, I was a die-hard black-like-my-soul coffee drinker.
After seeing my mom’s disgust when she watched me make and drink this concoction on a trip home, it’s been a bit of a secret ritual I’ve kept to myself, occasionally foregoing it when I’ve had guests for breakfast. I just didn’t feel like having to explain it. And, truthfully, it is a bit of a process.
But, it’s true what they say: do something long enough and it becomes a habit. After years of success and the unsolicited conversion of a former roommate, I’ve decided that this is a secret I no longer wish to keep.

Super Food Mocha
Ingredients
16 oz brewed organic low-acidic coffee (dark roast)
1 tbls. Grass-fed butter ( I like Kerrygold unsalted)
1 scoop Collagen Powder
1 tbls. Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tbls. Raw Cacao
1 tsp. Macha Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Power
Dash of fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Brew coffee.
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
Enjoy with a sprinkle of Cinnamon on top!
