Ex-libris by the Catalan artist Alexandre de Riquer (1856-1920), made around the year 1900. These ones are some of the examples preserved in the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC).
An ex-libris, also called bookplate, is a kind of printed stamp at the beginning or end of a book that says who owns it (think of the stamp you surely have seen in the books owned by a library). Though ex-libris have been used since ancient times, their "golden age" in Catalonia was during the Modernist movement (the Catalan equivalent of Art Nouveau), where many bookworm people commissioned artists to have a beautiful personal ex-libris that they could use to stamp all their collection.
The text in the 1st one, written in the Catalan language, says "no matter how much you know, there's always much more that you don't know" (per molt que sapies es molt mes lo que ignores).
Had to make this into gifs immediately! The juxtaposition of Rekha with everyone else made it for me 🤣🤣🤣

out of everything that just happened i think mpreg kier was probably the craziest
they got Five Night's at the Eagans over there
happy severance day! here's some studies I've done while waiting for the new episode
the people hating on the Cobel solo ep r crazy bc for me one of the biggest mysteries of the show has ALWAYS been "wtf is up with that absolute freak?" She is so deeply strange and captivating. Finding out the specific kind of madness that has been motivating her methods has haunted me since she was talking about de-icing her stoop, and now we know! child soldier PhD student mourning both her mother and her stolen IP!!! THATS why she's crazy THATS why she is so incomprehensible and strange. obsessed obsessed obsessed.
turning a finger trap into a wedding band is such a succinct way to describe life on the severed floor. the innies are given a malicious joke of a life, akin to the finger trap. a child’s toy but one who’s entire purpose is to confine and immobilize. and with this simple, childish, slightly sinister game.. dylan turns it into something beautiful. love. a promise. a purpose. all of the emotions that supposedly don’t exist on the severed floor. the ground was salted but the crop found a way. finger trap wedding band i love youuu
Dylan G said in season one that if he didn’t have finger traps he’d kill himself. Having his character go from a man who thought he was saving humanity from sea monsters and the best worker on the severed floor due to his unknowingly trivial rewards to someone ready to commit suicide at the realization that he will never have a fulfilling life is harrowing to me.
"I am a person. You are not."
"I'm not her. I'm not. I'm me."
