it's very fun to girlboss-ify morgana's actions but sometimes i just get really sad when i think abt what happened to her. she was so idealistic and righteous. she genuinely cared for the people of camelot and believed in their value just as people. when camelot was starving, she made sure the most vulnerable were able to eat. she would have died for gwen, her closest friend in the world. she just wanted to be herself and to be safe. and she turns into someone who kills civilians to try to force loyalty. she looks down on servants. she cares only for how people can serve her own needs and wants. she hates uther and the more time passes, the more she acts like him.

I'm rewatching BBC Merlin after 84 years and god, I actually forgot how much they just loved eachother. Like, it was not fun and games it was real. They Loved eachother. For real.
