Asian Pickle Slaw 🥕🌶🥬🥒
Julienne carrots (2-3)
Julienne cucumbers (2)
Slice half cabbage
Mix all veg into a mixing bowl, add 5tbsp salt.
Let it sit for 2 hours.
Add 3-5tbsp sugar (to individual taste) + 2 cups of vinegar.
Leave in fridge for 3 hours.
Serve cold 🤤
*add whole chillies if preferred into the jar
