Soooooo, pandemic, anyone? Why I haven't been posting anything lately and how you can help me get back to making!

Why I haven’t been posting:

Just before the pandemic hit I was actually making good progress on Fur & Fangs and was on track to finish the last ten pages of chapter 1 in just a few months. But, like many people, the pandemic came and knocked me flat on my back as far as childcare goes.

I had a birthday a couple weeks ago! I decorated my cake with my new logo I’ve designed from memory and buttercream frosting that wasn’t thick enough since I uses milk instead of cream, but hey! This morning’s adventure included an eight-legged friend. I opened my big rubbermaid container and dropped it in surprise. Once the initial “eep!” was gone, Squirt and I took the spider outside and let it go. I went to the Toronto Zoo this week. It’s a really nice zoo! I forgot my camera camera, so I didn’t take many animal pictures, just the butterfly and moth, but they have these cool assemblage sculptures on display this summer made out of all plastics taken from beaches to educate people on our ocean plastics problem.
