I was supposed to be in bed hours ago but I always have a moment or two - or a few of self reflection and analysis. And I realize being out of your element or away from it for some time does throw you off especially when whatever your element or passion is has consumed you and become apart of your identity. So now that I've got back to my journey and purpose I've found that I've lost a couple of things along the way. I don't know how long this was going on for but I haven't been the man that I want to be lately so again you have to visualize and figure out exactly who that is. So I can again find that in myself, amplify that, project that and again become that. So I narrowed it down to four character traits. Those were: Strength; Confidence; Power; Stability. I've been up because I've been searching for pictures of well dressed modern men who project those qualities in a single photo. I couldn't find it because these aren't all common in average men and I wasn't striving to be an average man. I couldn't find a good representation of that man until I stumbled onto a picture of Nelson Mandela. He is that man. And I'm not striving to be like him as I and my journey are uniquely their own. But I want to project and display those qualities like he did. Regardless of being on a high or a low and not requiring any status because I know my status internally and it will all come externally as long as I stay on my path. Things have already come and there are alot more on the way. This was the reminder that I've needed for the past 6 weeks. Thank you Nelson.
