Neteyam x Ao'nung - Between reef tides and forest pride, Neteyam and Ao'nung keep daring each other to give in first. The problem is, neither of them know what theyâre actually surrendering to. A canon-divergent plot where Neteyam survives and Ao'nung has taken it upon himself to care for him.
Day by the river
Neytiri (ft Jake Sully) - Trying not to think about Jake back at Hometree with Ninat and failing miserably. When a child slips in the shallows, she's already on her feet ready to help. Fish guts, scraped knees, and one very distracting idiot on her mind. Small little slice of life snippet taking place somewhere in the first movie.
Not leaving you behind
Spider Socorro (ft Quarjake) - Spider refuses to run, even as Quaritch tries to pull him out of the burning base. All he cares about is getting back to free Jake. When he finally finds him, Jake is on his knees in the wreckage. A short lil angst taking place during an alternative AFAA when Neytiri attacked Bridgehead.
Five more minutes of peace
Grace & Neytiri - Before she was a warrior, Neytiri was the best student in Grace Augustineâs classroom. A fluffy student/teacher and sibling fic, taking place before the first movie.
Grieving louder than waves
Jake & Loak - Loâak went to the shoreline, thinking heâd finally found somewhere quiet enough to disappear. The stars were out and no one was supposed to find him. Until his dadâs voice breaks through the comms. A hurt/comfort taking place in a canon-divergent FAA story.
oh man i just read your upd post, so sorry you're experiencing all of that! i hope you can get better, rest all you need and i hope you can visit a doctor abt that eye.. (if it's affordable in your area)

Getting a doctor here is either a 2 week wait or 15+hrs waiting in emergency (and my eye isn't bad enough for that yet).
Warm compresses have been helping a lot. Feels somewhat better today already. Hoping a few more days to maybe a week before I stop looking like Quasimodo.

UGH i can just imagine, tonowari and ronal with jake and neytiri are out hunting or scavaging, leaving both ao'nung and neteyam stranded with tuk and pril and they panic trying to take care of both (you could involve kiri, lo'ak and rotxo in there too! could be a funny and chaotic scenario) (this could also be a pararelle with ur headcannon of how jake panicked trying to figure out how fast baby na'vi develop, or a pararelle of how jake and neytiri probably panicked trying to take care of 3 kids lol)
"Ao'nung riding on Neteyams Ikrannn" & "Neteyam riding on Ao'nungs skimwing"
is such a cute date or alone time idea! what if it was late at night so that there was nobody else to interrupt them, and its just all romantic through out, them just enjoying each other and themselves
"get them in trouble with the RDA - trapped in a cramped vent together - whisper arguing the ENTIRE time" & "getting caught out in sudden bad weather and resorting to staying out and seeking shelter for a night."
could be combined into 1 fic, they get lost and stranded to spend the night alone and then get in trouble with the RDA, could involve some funny and dramatic intense scenes, and end with a happy reunion with their families (or if you wanna break our hearts into a million pieces, a bittersweet ending where they both die, but at least together (OR if you really wanna throw us to the gutter, have them die alone seperately + scene where their families find out))
"Tonowari chewing Ao'nung out over something and Neteyam comforting him after while he's in a foul mood"
would be a nice hurt/comfort fic! and what if instead of ao'nete it was ao'lo'ak and that way you could parrarelle that with a scene where lo'ak gets chewed by jake and ao'nung comforts him
"Neteyam getting sunburned and Ao'nung balming him up"
would be a nice little oneshot fic :)

This one in particular makes me laugh. You absolutely know Jake and Neytiri were in over their heads with the first 3 being so close in ages. Anyone that's been around kids know you just gotta let them be feral sometimes.

Quaritch and Lyle are hanging around as Lyle is playing with his na'vi features, eventually, he grabs his kuru and notices the little tendrils swarming about.. "These things are freaky as hell man.." he exclaims. Quaritch looks up, "I heard the Navi connect them together, does things to their brains, or some shit like that..." he remembered.
The two look at each other with an expression of curiosity, as they slowly put each other's kurus together... I mean, nobody's watching, right? what the hell, what could possibly go wrong!

Pure unadulterated smut between adult Ao'nung and Neteyam that I've been slowly writing for a friend. I am feeling pretty happy with it so far!
I've got a couple of other WIPs I need to finish. This was just the latest one I was working on.
The layout needs to be improved and dialogue more on their own linesâbut for a rough draft, with no thoughts behind it kinda deal, it's not that bad! It could always be worse. That's what editing is for.
The context is that there's a Metkayina festival going on, and Ao'nung has snuck off to show Neteyam his new place that he has moved into. Neteyam's been trying all night to hook him up with another person because he doesn't feel deserving of Ao'nung, while also getting pretty jealous that this other person got to be all over Ao'nung. Cue the theatrics.
