I find trees to be absolutely stunning. They are just jaw dropping and awe inspiring. They are representatives of so many things-- resilience, growth, surrender, being grounded, having roots, the list goes on... But you know what else? 🌲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 😌They're so humbling. There is nothing like standing beneath one towering over you, so massive you can hardly see where it stops at its top.💚 🧘‍♀️I like being reminded of my humility. Good Morning🌥 I need to remember to start more mornings this way. The little one took off into the backyard with the dogs trailing behind him. It's a new favorite things of his to do. 🙃 Instead of calling them back in, I followed. I sat and watched while I finished my coffee. ☕️ I was given the biggest smile and told the sweetest thank you for being out there. I hear your kiddo-- I need to do this more. It's filling for both of us. 💞 😍I was told more imaginative stories. He's so good at those. 🐾Annie buzzed all around the yard non-stop, chasing bugs as they passed her by. 💜 I was in Lavender Heaven yesterday 💜 The beauty of and care put into this place is breathtaking. Every little detail is thought of. 🌱Planting experiences like when I got to plant the Clary Sage. A family friendly atmosphere complete with playgrounds.💗 😍Well cared for and gorgeous animals that sometimes like to meander over to say hello. A huge field of pesticide free, non GMO, organic Lavender. You can smell it everytime a breeze kicks up.💜 🌟A top notch distillery to tour. They were distilling Lavender this year. It was Juniper last year- I still remember how wonderful it smelled fresh from the chopper. I could go on and on. I got a lot of pictures, these are just a few! Our haul from the Plant Sale at school today. 💚 It turned into a life experience lesson.👌😃 I gave Sy money and had him go on his own to pick out what he wanted while I waited in the car with his sleeping brother. And I could tell the school staff made sure to make the most of it. He really had to think things through. 😉 He needed encouragement to make the choices on his own with how to use his money best, but he did it. 🙌 And he felt so good about how he handled things and what he ended up with🤩 We now have the startings of a garden: a tomato plant, a zucchini plant, and a bunch of herbs I'm still working on identifying. 🌱 He also made me a pot with flowers for Mother's Day at school. Dream. Dream big. Dream so big it scares you. 💕Then turn dreams into reality.🌱 I dreamt of being able to be present for both my kids, and especially my second kiddo's firsts since I wasn't able to for my eldest. I've gotten to do that plus some. 💞 My husband dreamt the combo of stability AND enjoyment of his job. He wanted the ability to enjoy his work while making a stable income. He has not only that, but also a job that appreciates him and his work. He has a job he loves.😍 We've been dreaming of our house together since the first years of our relationship, especially after we move up here nearly three years ago. We just bought it. 💚 I've dreamt of this life I'm living. A life where I have a healthy love and a happy home. Some would say a life of hope and hippie healing vibes. I say a life where I've learned, I've listened, I've loved. And through doing so I know who I am, what I dream, and how to align with it.🧘‍♀️ It has its ups and downs, it takes work, there are times I have my doubts, but that's just life. It's all part of the journey and the growth. 🌱I'm slowly submerging into the world of physical plants. I figure I'm overdue to get to know their physical forms since I already am pretty familiar with their plant juice (essential oils). 💚 It's been fun finding out it doubles as a bonding experience with my older kiddo too. 💞 This is his plant, a Starburst, whom he lovingly calls 'Bloom'.
