hey, if i was hj wingstreet and me and my best friend/business partner/guy i’d spend my eternity with had a huge argument where he said he couldn’t support my dreams because they would limit him, but then bought me my dream kiln and said that he would build his empire around me because actually he doesn’t want to do anything if i’m not there with him, i wouldn’t pull him in for a hug i’d start passionately making out with him

Having a whole living room wall full of decorative crosses and crucifixes in your house is the spiritual equivalent of consistently taking antibiotics "just in case" and washing your hands with bleach. Not only are you not making anything better for yourself, I'm pretty sure that you're making things way, way worse for everyone.
Im just imagining a demon building up a holy resistance stat till they can slip past a crucifix purchased at target and slapped on the wall then eventually moving on to one that was actually blessed by a priest and starting the stat grinding all over again.

What the actual fuck are people getting so butt hurt about?? The finale was amazing, and i laughed so hard, that i was choking on my own spit multiple times.
Did we forget about how this season started out? Zaeth threw a bunch of invitations to their elysium off a bridge, and got the inquisition called onto them. Batchild and Darkness man caused an ambulance to crash, and turned a human after accidentally almost killing him. HJ and Lavonte were doing blood cocaine and trying to find a Christian for Tarker to eat, while Madelaine was hunting down every member of the extended aristocracy in the party. VESPER LITERALLY ATE A MISSILE.
This was always-at its core-a silly season. Yeah there were deep discussions about the failure of democracy at the local level, and the fate of a small town that's been monopolised by 2 families. But they saw all the disrepair the town had fallen into with a dog as mayor, and their prime directive became:replace him with another dog. Darkness man is constantly catching pervert allegations and started a swingles night. Madelaine slept with half the town-including fucking a questionably magical woman under a hedge. Batchild thought she was half bat for almost the entire campaign, and her birthday is tomorrow (but she doesn't want to complicate things. Zaeth ghouled a horse that's now an apex predator. HJ tried to steal a gun from a police precinct and then crawled over the bottom of the river to escape. Lavonte slept with the 60 year old nun of a catholic church right on the altar, and was genuinely devastated after he was unable to coerce someone for the first time in his existence.
This was a phenomenal comedy series, and it ended with the exact same tone it started with: insanity.
