I know I’ve been basically acting as a clown with a sign outside the Manga Studio shop, but I do realize that some people are just too used to other programs to change now. And that’s fine, if you actually work better with it. But part of the reason I went over to Manga Studio, when I’ve tried Photoshop, SAI, Gimp, FireAlpaca, Sketchbook Pro, and Corel Painter… is because of the exceptional stabilizers and penstroke guides that let you make distinctive shapes, draw easily in perspective, and make it all look highly organic and professional.

Well… for those of you who want to stick with your other art programs… There is Lazy Nezumi Pro.

I do not use it. But that’s only because I feel that Manga Studio can already do all this stuff. But I am exceedingly impressed with what LNP has created. They’ve created a program that brings stabilizers, perspective guides, pressure sensitivity editing, and much more to programs that don’t normally have them.

Okay, so I wanna try doing an artbook instead of a comic due to me needing to practice more. I tried to start the comic and got too insecure in my skill so I wanna do artbooks so I get to practice on backgrounds more as well.

I had a look at the original video and news articles about this. Apparently the man was fishing and accidentally hooked the great white shark, but cut it loose; then he realized the poor thing was beached. What you don’t see here is what’s possibly the most awesome part: he realized the shark still had his hook in its mouth and went to the effort of removing the hook.

This is important guys. If your rabbit gets into something gnarly and you HAVE to bathe them: 1. Fill a bowl with warm water. 2. Get a washcloth. Put it in the water. Some important questions about Patreon?

Hello, everyone! So, as most of you probably know, I have a Patreon account for those who want to support my comic-making through scheduled donations. I am hoping to seriously rework my set-up this month to be better-suited for my donators, so I thought I would go right to the source and ask the affected donators or future donators! I have a couple questions, if you’d be so kind as to give me your input:

Do you prefer to pay per update/page and set spending limits where applicable, or donate a certain amount per month?

What kinds of rewards are best: individual artwork given per month, access to special caches with exclusive wallpapers/supplementary comics/etc., physically mailed prints/buttons/or other merch, special patron-only streams? Or something else?

Is early or sneak-preview content that much of a perk? For example, I have been giving patrons a sneak preview of pages as part of their rewards, right now. Would some of the perks mentioned above be more desirable?

As for patron updates, do you like frequent posts, weekly check-ins, or would you be happiest with a monthly summary? (this question is courtesy mortalityplays, thanks Rosa!)

Anything else you’d like to add that could help me out?
