the backstory really reinforces why I don't like ren/ora. they met as kids and fought during the toughest time of their lives. they bonded because they had no one else. their teamwork and friendship is really just amazing and powerful. SO WHY WOULD ANYONE EVENTUALLY FALL IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER AFTER KNOWING THEM FOR SO LONG
