Breakthrough. ❤️
Last year, I experienced pregnancy loss and from there I was no longer expecting to conceive anytime soon because of PCOS. But, here we are. The Lord answered us 🙏 and I can’t be more thankful.
At times, I’m still amazed that there’s a life inside me — it gives me butterflies in my stomach. Can’t help but to smile and giggle. Our precious little one. Our bubba. We can’t wait to meet you soon, anak. 👶🏼🌈
While waiting for my brother to wake up from his nap, I went out the veranda from our hospital room. The past few days, or I should say weeks, have been very difficult to our family — especially, with financial matters.
I looked out, stared at the people walking then realize that the sun was about to set. With all its beauty, took out my phone and captured these photos. Stayed a few more minutes until darkness took over the sky.

Today, I got to revisit the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite. For those who’re unfamiliar, this is where the first Philippine president, Emilio Famy Aguinaldo, lived. The place witnessed a lot of historical moments, especially the unfurling of the Philippine flag on June 12, 1898, as a sign of our freedom from the Spanish government.
During my elementary days, we always go here as part of our school excursion. One of the details I would always recall about the house is the secret/hidden passages. They are all over the place and helped the president to escape one of the Spanish attacks.

Visited this coffee shop in Calamba (Silong Cafe) and enjoyed the time waiting for the rain to stop. It was homey. The food is good and affordable. Recommended if you want some me time or catch up with your friends.
