What can you tell us on how the story is going to be improved compared to the other three? Btw, 3 sucked. Sorry.
None taken. Everyone is free to criticize or give me constructive criticism to let me know what I can improve next time. All though, I would agree 3 is not my best work because I really rushed the concept for the story when adulthood was about to get me. I would probably want to remake 1 and 2, and reboot 3. I feel like those need to be tweaked more and turned into graphic novels. Aside from that, 4 is going to have Alexander be flawed, but not too much flawed. I know the comment doesn't make sense, but I'm trying to make him relatable as I can and why he exists. It's gonna be controversial for what I'm about to say, but I've seen fan fiction on where self inserts are basically Mary Sues or Gary Stus believing that they have no flaws whatsoever. Like I don't want my character to be a lot more powerful than Scrooge McDuck. When writing characters, everybody needs to start off something small before reaching to the top. That's just how character development works. But hey, who am I to judge. Let people do whatever they want with their characters on the internet. The tone of the story will be serious and dark, while having the same spirit tone DuckTales have for being light hearted with full of mysteries. I just have to figure out a way to balance it. Also, there will be told stories of certain heavy topics, but I'll have to add trigger warnings. Beware on what you could be reading. The first chapter is still being worked on. However, I'll be releasing the final cover for the novel soon. (and possibly a release date of the first chapter 🤫) If you have more questions, please let me know.
